Mr Scott is a very friendly author who really knows what he's talking about (he has written over a dozen books about habits, and he uses a pen name to write about other topics as well). Although he is a busy man, if you have a question about one of his books, he will often answer you personally. Don't hesitate! This is a great book!

The interesting thing? We've all experienced this pattern at some point in our lives. Fortunately there's a quick fix: Make a plan for breaking that habit and follow it on a daily basis.
